We are happy to accommodate our customers with either our 20'x8' units or our 40'x8' units, depending on which location you choose.
No sweat! We have created a handy storage size tool to help you figure it out. All you have to do is click this link - Size Guide - answer a few questions about what you're storing, and voilà! You've got your estimate!
While of course we don't restrict you from using a lock of your own, we gladly provide a lock - which are industry standard, meaning they are the best-in-class! The lock is included in your $20 move in fee and it will already be secured to your unit when you are ready to move in. Whichever lock (or locks!) you choose, just make sure to always lock the right hand door before you go (that's the door that keeps the whole container locked up tight!)
We don't need notice given within a certain time frame, but you do need to text "move out" to 308-765-2333 for move out instructions.
All payments must be either debit or credit card made online through the tenant portal, or by calling our office to run a payment manually.
No, our units are traditional conex shipping containers and are not climate controlled.
StorAul Storage may offer specific promotions at times, but we can not offer any other specials or military discounts in conjuction with any current promos.
While we don't REQUIRE our tenants to have insurance, we always say that it is never a bad idea to get renters insurance for your belongings in storage just in case!

While storing a vehicle is possible, our containers are 8ft wide which can be a tight squeeze. Also, depending on the location, some of our facilities have the containers lifted off the ground (to help with airflow), so you will need to use ramps to get it inside.
If you plan on storing a vehicle, we also require a copy of the title sent to us.

No, none of our StorAul locations have any outdoor storage.
It is a rolling 30 day billing cycle, so if you rent your unit on the 15th, your billing cycle will be on the 15th of every month moving forward, for example.
We do have a delinquncy policy in place and is detailed in your rental agreement. Failure to pay in that given timeline can result in loss of access to your belongings and having them sold at auction.
